I founded Electrónica de Fabricas Factronics in my home country Caracas, Venezuela, in 1986. The company was founded as an industrial electronics service partnership, offering different American and European Industrial Machinery manufacturers such as Videojet, Anritsu, Omron, and ITW Dynatec. In the year 2000, my brother and I made a strategic expansion establishing two more companies overseas. We created and expanded Societe Winterthur LTD located in Chaguanas, Trinidad & Tobago, while simultaneously establishing and growing Factronics USA, located in Miami, Florida.
We’ve achieved Excellence on Sales and Service awards for Videojet worldwide in 1996, 2000, and more recently in May 2017 and now strive to foster and create long lasting relationships with partners all across the U.S.

Although I have always been in the technical service department in Trinidad I assumed the role of Technician and Sales Director growing the company. The industrial solutions we distribute here come from top-notch companies such as Videojet, Anritsu, MarkinBOX, and ITW Dynatec.
