Standard Bots

Three Arms. Three Jobs. One AI-Native Robot Maker. Spark, Core, and Thor.

Standard Bots calls itself America's largest manufacturer of AI-native industrial robots, designed and assembled in the USA. Spark, Core, and Thor cover benchtop work through heavy-duty palletizing and machine tending. Factronics brings the line to Florida, installs it, and supports it locally.

  • Spark , 7 kg payload, 950 mm reach. Built for benchtops, labs, testing, and R&D.
  • Core , 18 kg payload, 1,300 mm reach. The workhorse for machining, welding, and finishing.
  • Thor , 30 kg payload, 2,000 mm reach. Built for palletizing and machine tending on rugged lines.
  • Repeatability , plus or minus 0.025 mm, stated for every arm.

Legacy Robots Were Not Built for This

Three Reasons Plants Choose Standard Bots Over Legacy Robots

No Coding Languages, No Consultants

Legacy robots retrofit AI onto old hardware and need a specialist to program them. Standard Bots robots are built with the first joints designed for real-time AI-driven torque control. Unbox and deploy, no consultant required.

A Fixed Job Needs an Arm Built for It

Core out-lifts and out-speeds comparable six-axis robots while staying safe enough to work alongside your team without caging. Thor brings rugged, high-torque actuation for palletizing and machine tending.

A Robot Without Local Support Is a Liability

Every Standard Bots robot comes with a direct line to US application engineers for training and support, remote or on-site. Factronics is the local team that shows up in Florida.

The Lineup

Spark, Core, and Thor: One Platform, Three Payload Classes

Payload and reach are confirmed per model. Repeatability of plus or minus 0.025 mm is stated for every arm in the lineup.

  • Spark
7 kg payload, 950 mm reach. The precision arm for benchtops, labs, testing, and R&D, with oversized gearing for high-precision work in tight spaces.
  • Core
18 kg payload, 1,300 mm reach. The reliable workhorse for machining, welding, and finishing. A portable base supports no-code deployment in minutes, not days.
  • Thor
30 kg payload, 2,000 mm reach. The heavy-duty arm for big payloads and rugged production lines, built for palletizing and machine tending.
Private beta: Bolt. Standard Bots also makes Bolt, a configurable bimanual humanoid with an AI-native brain for complex, unstructured tasks (14 kg payload, 900 mm reach). The brochure marks it "Now in private beta." It is not generally available. Ask Factronics for current status before planning a line around it.
AI-Native, Not Retrofitted

Built for AI Control From the First Joint.

Standard Bots designs its own parts and assembles every robot in-house, with a stated goal of making everything in America by 2027: metal in, robots out. Its AI vision skills can scan an entire tray of parts at once, and for palletizing, the robot handles boxes, bags, and trays with the six-axis articulation needed for mixed-SKU patterns and variable product orientations.

Each arm connects to common line equipment over Modbus TCP and EtherNet/IP. Factronics handles that integration on-site and trains your operators once it is running.

Case Study

Automated Dough Portioning at Pika's Farm Table.

Portioning dough by hand is repetitive, and it is one of the hardest stations to keep staffed. In this video from Standard Bots, Pika's Farm Table shows how they kept their quality standard while adding a robot to that work. It is the same pattern we see on food lines across Florida: the robot takes the repetitive station, and the team moves to work that needs judgment.

"Pika's Farm Table Focuses on Quality (and scales with USA-made robots)", published by Standard Bots on YouTube.

If you are portioning, packing, or palletizing by hand today, that is the work these arms are built for. Factronics installs the robot, integrates it with your line equipment, and trains your operators. Ask us whether Spark, Core, or Thor fits the station you have in mind.
