Factronics USA was founded with a clear mission: to ensure that no production line ever stops due to lack of technical support. That purpose has driven our evolution from a local service provider into a trusted partner for industrial manufacturers across the Americas and the Caribbean.

Where It All Began

Our journey started well before the company’s founding. Jovan Gutic, our founder, began his career in electronics with Panasonic, but it was a simple request from a sales rep that changed everything: “We need someone who can service the machines we sell.” That spark revealed a massive gap in the market — one where manufacturers in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries were forced to halt production and wait days for overseas support.

Jovan decided to fill that gap, launching his first company in Venezuela, focused entirely on reliable technical service for industrial equipment. Factronics was born from this need — and built around the values of integrity, accountability, practical innovation, and excellence through service.

Expansion With Purpose

In 2000, we expanded to the U.S., establishing Factronics USA LLC in Miami, Florida. Since then, we’ve grown into a premier supplier of industrial coding, marking, inspection, and packaging technology. We proudly represent globally recognized brands like LINX, Anritsu, ITW Dynatec, Markinbox, Kooltrak, and EBS, offering not just equipment — but peace of mind.
